By making a purchase or downloading anything by Zoe Stengel (Zoeski) on the Gumroad platform, you agree to all terms of the below Refund Policy and License Agreement.

Due to the digital nature of the item, refunds are granted on a limited basis. If your situation matches the below circumstances you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for a refund of a digital product will only be considered in the following instances:
- Accidental purchase of the same item twice / duplicate purchases
- Technical errors preventing access or download of purchased content (video or screenshots may be required to troubleshoot before refund is accepted)

I understand that mistakes happen, so if you experience such issues and would like to request a refund please contact me directly via email at zoe@zoestengel.com. In your email, please provide all necessary information - such as the email address used in the original purchase(s) and a video demonstrating the issue as relevant.

All refunds will be processed through the Gumroad platform. Refund requests are met at my discretion, and I reserve the right to deny any return I do not believe meets the stated criteria.
